On a C3 what is the factory correct way of painting the rail that runs the perimeter of the engine bay? I'm talking about the one that the edges of the hood sits directly above. The car I'm painting right now has that area half black and half body color....pretty much like it was sprayed with the hood shut and the overspray just hit that area between the gap. How did they come from the factory?
