Hi it's me again. (haha)
I asked the question on a speedo problem but I cant find it so here it goes again. My speedo bounces back and forth when I am doing 30/40 it says 60/70 son is a Detective so had one of his radar buddies clock me and it is way off/ Could it be the circut board? or what else should I be looking for,any help on this would be great and thanks in advance.
It wouldn't have anything to do with the circuit board. The speedometer is mechanically driven by the speedo cable, no electronics are involved. You might try disconnecting the cable at the transmissioin, then chuck the cable up in a drill in the reverse direction if I remember right, run the drill and see if it still bounces. If it does, you've eliminated anything in the transmission as a possible cause.
