Have a 1979 with a wiper switch which has fallen out of the dash and is in pieces. There is a black bezel I found in the glove box with a couple of tabs on it that look like it belongs on the switch.
I ordered the new switch and was wondering how the bezel stays on and mounts on the switch. Glue? Screws? Need help mounting the switch and bezel.
Any help with this project would be appreciated by this rookie vette owner.
The bezel that goes around the switch is held in with a screw that screws into the back of the dashboard. The should already be a hole to accept this screw from the inside of the dash. When you got it in I believe the switch buts up against the bezel nicely.
