Rookie Chassis Progress
Hi Guys,
It's been four months since the body came off the car. Here's the progress on my first attempt at restoring a C3 Chassis.
As you can see the chassi is near completion. I'm still missing a few minor items like the motor, transmission, fuel system and wheels, but all in all I think it is going well.
Next on the agenda is to tear down the old 454 you see in the last shot to spice it up a little.

Nice Job! I started mine back in July and had to stop at the beginning of november for the holidays but am about to restart this week. My chassis looks a lot like that but I have the stock wheels on, body work is next for me, motor will be last.

Looking real good! I'm at same point as you, and I tell ya...seeing less and less bags of bolts, make me smile 
And the feeling of having a rolling chassis again is very motivating.

What a great looking kitchen you have there! I only wish mine was big enough to work on the car, or that my wife would let me. What's that?.........That's not your kitchen?.........Oh, never mind then.
