engine stamp question

My friend has a 283 engine with F1117WA stamped on it. Could anybody decode this for me? Thanks a lot.

F = Flint engine plant

1117 = assembly date (Nov 17)

WA = 1965-1967 283, 175hp, 2bbl carb, manual trans, installed in a truck.
