Why do some C3's have....
I have noticed on some C3's that there is a lock in the rear of the car, like a lock for the trunk...but there is no trunk.
Am I crazy,
, well I am but thats besides the point. If its a stupid question then don't be shy, tell me, I can take it. 
I've seen it before and keep forgetting to ask. I just saw the pic below while surfing and watching the Saints beating up on the Yardbirds, (Eagles),he,he. My car has the rack and no lock, from what I remember.

This would be for the factory alarm on the car. Later on it was moved to the front drivers side fender and then into the drivers door lock.
