just could not take a chrome bumper car
and make a parts car out of it they are worth
saving
but with the tops that bad you need to take a close look at the lower corners. unfortunatley the fenders have to come off to repair it correctly if they are bad. but I would still fix it anyway. parts car?
On ebay there was a c-3 windshield fram for sale. It would require some fab, but may be what you are looking for?
Or some cutting and patching, either way it will take some time. Glad to see you keeping the car together.
i already have a frame brought it from a guy in Texas
it is in great shape I'm having it sandblasted and expoxed painted
will post pics one installed.
as for the lower post,
I'm sure they are inneed of repair but behind the dash looks ok
had the kick panels off last summer when i did the carpet
there is some rust but not enough for a guy that is 52
to get excited about I will leave that can of worms for
one of my boys when they get the car
Sounds like what I did on my '69. I found a good clean donor windshield here in AZ and welded it in. Big job, lot's of measuring and checking, but I'm glad I did it. Good choice to find a donor - nothing like original parts for a good fit.
