Today I tackled one of the #4 mounts, rusted bolt, cracks in the fiberglass, and rusted out mounts. Considering it's the only rust on my car, I guess it's not bad. I purchased new mounts for the body, but I think I can save the frame mounts. There just rusted in the holes.
Can someone tell me the size of the hole in the #4 body mount bracket that is attached to the frame. The hole is rusted out and I thought I could rebuild it with some sheet metal.
1 3/16 is a tough size hole saw to find, I used a 1 1/8 with the intention of opening it up a little more to fit, but it ended up being the perfect size for the poly mounts I got

Good point, I'll most probably do that and dremel it out to 1 3/16".
