I came out of restaurant in Dallas this week and two ladies pull up in a 1970, yellow vert with black rag top. I said hi and asked the driver a little about her car. She said she bought it 37 years ago (brand new) and has been her daily driver ever since. It has vintage 1970 vanity plates on it (not supposed to be a DD but nobody seems to stop her). The cars exterior was in great shape and you could tell she was very proud of it. Said it had a 350 in it and it was plenty.
I asked her if she was interested in selling it and she just chuckled. My guess is she will drive it another 37 years if she can.
No excuses, just an apology for not having my cam phone with me. It will not happen again.
As far as hotness, maybe "back in the day". Time is the enemy of all without a full resto and this appears to be an unmolested survivor. The car looked original as well.
I see many girls/ladies driving C5/C6 in Big D but not many in a C3, especially a chrome bumper. Very cool and I promise if I see her again I will take pics.
