Call around to Electrical contractors in your area. They have pipe benders that can bend 4'' pipe all day.

Try a place that works on tractor-trailers. If they do exhaust, they will likely be equipped to bend pipe of that size or know somebody that does.

You looking for mandrel, or regular bends?

Check out ebay for pre-bent mandrel pieces.

Mandrel bends are made so that the ID is kept the same throughout the whole curve... vs the typical "crush" bends most any exhaust shop can produce... The equipment to make mandrel bends is much more expensive, thus many shops do not have the capability.

What are you putting a 4" dump on? A truck or something?

im not putting dumps on nething its LIKE dumps but turned out it was a bad example but regaurdless so i guess im wanting mandrel bends and my headers flow into 4 inch collection so im hoping that there will be as close to no resistance in the engine as possible ill tell them "thinwall conduit" maby ill hav better luck sounding more pro.

You may have an easier time finding 3" dumps... If you plan on just running turn-downs directly off your headers... I dont think restriction is going to be a problem.

Out here the muffler shops have those bends sitting on the shelf. Check with them.

It's used all the time on truck exhaust. The thinwall stuff sounds too thin...you want regular exhaust pipe.
Here's a picture of my 4 inch bend segments welded to three inch segments. I used them to connect to my 4 inch Hooker sidepipes.

4"? Psshhh. That's nothing.

When there's a 2ft diam smoke stack sticking out of it, then I'll be impressed.

Default Truck and trailer supply

I bought my side tubes for my side pipes from the local truck and trailer supply (Utech). They had numerous fittings of all shapes and sizes lying on the shelf.
