But yes, I have the ability to weld aluminum, though have yet to give it a shot. My stainless exhaust system has been my priority lately... Its coming along very nicely.
I hear aluminum is very difficult... One of these days I'll give it a shot.
Speaking of which, you mentioned you have many junk yards near you... any chance in digging up a windshield frame for a '37 ford pickup?
, just my kids which get some money for themselves.. so I am going for broke.. made plans with the bodyshop to have mine painted, bumpers are being re-chromed, ordering misc items I need.. then if there is anything left, put it away for another future project, I already have my eye on a '73 that this guy may let go of soon.
