The headers will work. Price usually reflects quality of the product. A major feature to look at when purchasing headers is the thickness of the flange. Many budget headers utilize a much thinner flange that is prone to warpage. Warpage will cause you many leaks, and down the road, you'll end up replacing the headers... ask me how I know.

As for the sidepipes, thos will work just fine. But be forewarned, those have no mufflers. Those are just the tubes. You can get some spiral baffles that slip into those tubes no problem, and they shouldnt be to expensive.

The next thing you need to worry about is connecting those headers to those tubes. If you dont have the metalworking skills, you'll have to pay an exhaust shop to do the work for you.

Good luck.
