Default Our Hands are Full!

Just when we were about to start on our '71 Vette project, here comes a friend of the school with a '77 Corvette that he wants us to "frame-on" restore for him. Now we have both the '71 and the '77 to do.

The 1977 Project is going to go quickly since the customer has the money to get everything we need. He has already bought a Holley small block StreetMax kit with heads, Lunati 490/240 cam, manifold, as well as Scat crank,Holley 750 carb, etc. He has also ordered the stainless sidemount headers.

From our end we have ordered a new bumper, interior kit, and tomorrow an L-88 hood for his car. We have the interior stripped, the engine pulled and have begun detailing the engine compartment for his new 425+ HP mill.

The interior was grey, but is going black. The exterior was blue/primer but is going to go dark eggplant purple (he is debating ghost flames). I'll try to get as many pics as possible, or at least a link so y'all can follow along. We are also going to be simultaneously building our '69 Baldwin Motion replica. It should be a busy and fun end of the year!
