81 vette question

Can anyone tell me what this is? It is located in the rear compartment. there are a couple of plugs just hanging un attached. one looks like it should be screwed down. the other looks like it should be plug into it.
any ideas?

I have two relays in the same location as yours in my 80 Vett. One of them should be your power antenna relay, but I am not sure what the other one is.

Thats the wiper controller(9 wires). There should be a relay that fits into to four connectors on the circuit board, it looks like it is bolted to the side in your pictures. The other wire connector looks like the one that the alarm controller fits into. The should be one more 'relay' in this area and that is the antenna relay(6 wires).
