Default Got a Problem

Im wanting to get these for some side pipes that i want to put on my 74 vette http://www.spiralturbobaffles.com BUT im pretty sure that they will excede the legal decibel level of Joplin MO, do the "popo" still enforce this law or is it like J-Walking?

There are state vehicle code and local city ordanances, The state codes should be easy to find, the city ord may take a bit more looking. Try the Highway Dept
