I thought some of you might enjoy looking a page about my engine builder. A long time local with a good reputation. If you want someone to build you an engine with quality, look for someone like this.
Had a local race engine shop put mine together. He does mostly dirt track and then drag motors. I took the top half off when I needed to have my heads modified, then I put it back together myself
Zman I was hoping you could help me screw your engine between my fendors at some point

You guys that build your own - did you do it just to save on shipping charges???
Actually, got to hand it to you. I just don't think I have the time or tools required to accomplish the task. Plus, no one would ride with me knowing that there is a good chance they will be walking back...
I did my first engine when I was 14.... you just have to cut the ol' apron strings I guess.
Lately, I've been cutting down 125 foot tree's next to my house, and every now & then my CASE 580L back hoe goes up on 2 wheels. So far, my quick reactions in swinging the tail around to re-distribute the weight have stopped it from tipping over.
