Zip Products - Quality Control?

Zip Products - Quality Control?
The last three parts I ordered from Zip all had to be returned due to either being defective or just very poor quality. They were a side mirror, outer door handle, and a T-cushion for my center console. I'm wondering if this is a trend or just a coincidence? Anyone else having quality problems with Zip's parts?

The repo of the outer door handle is getting bad reviews. The general thinking is to spend the cash and get the GM part which is still being sold.
As far as Zip,..yes I've returned inferior or ill-fitting parts. I'm having better luck with Paragon but everyone has their preference.
