Spare tire question..

I was wondering if I bought the c5-ZO6 wheels... would i be able to get a spare and put it under my car?... has anyone tried this out yet or anything like that?.. i have a76'

Might require some modification to the tub mounting but as long as they're not bigger that 27" I see no reason it could'nt be done.

If you buying Z06 wheels get run flat tires & don't worry about a spare.

I bet they would be to wide to fit. Run flat tires is a great idea.

how wide or big can you go on a 15" rim and still mount it under the car?

I have a 255-60-15 spare. I had to lower both ends of the tub with the threaded rods/bolts that were used with the original spare. I don't think a tire much wider would fit.
