Default AC/ heater box

Hi! It began with adjusting the windshield wipers... . Through the renovation of the gauges i came to the AC box on the passenger side. Because of a broken brackett was the heating always full on.
Does anyone know any instruction or link for disassembling of this box. I would check only the mechanical stuff (flaps ) inside it. Do i need to take out the whole box or only the inner brown housing? AC is out of order, no gas inside.

A hot water shutoff would cure some of the heat problem. Its a simple ball type valve available at any plumbing store or home improvement store. Install it in the upper line on the heater to cut off the hot water until needed in the winter.
Like Bird sez, a profile would help since there are several versions of the heat/AC systems out there. You should not need to disasseble the heater core box either way. The flaps are behind the pass side dash and center console. The inside/outside air mix flap is in the pass side fender just below the windshield behind a plastic screen.

Sorry I forgot the profile. I took out all the airtubes and the plastic air distributor with the actuator in the middle of the dash. So it is now only the heater box and the fresh air flap with the actuator left. In the box i only see a steel flap with rubber sealing and the broken plastic brackett. If i push on this flap, an another aluminium flap comes out from the right side. Is There no other mechanism or sealings inside which i could check/ repair?
