Ok so after hours of research, and listening to a million soundclips of different exhuasts on youtube and streetfire, i've decided that i'm going with dynomax bullets at least for now. Are any of you guys running them, and if so how/where do you have them mounted. I think they will look bad where the stock exhuast mounts.

see...I know they are loud, thats why i like them, but they seem to be much deeper and less "pingy and metallic" sounding than anything else, I like the rumble much more than the popping sound with other mufflers.

mine were a little pingy but also deep sounding, I got rid of the pingy sound by welding some cone inserts in the headers (vortex stainless)

yeah...not sure when i'll get them on, but i'm gonna buy them now for sure, becuase I just got my scholarship money from the school, but i'm not gonna be home anytime soon. but i know if i wait it'll be forever until i get around to even buying them lol.

well my dynomax's came today...I'm going to try hook them up tomorrow, I'm not sure if my digital camera will take a good enough video, but i'll try to post a sound clip and and update tomorrow!

darn, bad news...i just got off the phone with my buddy who has a welder, and I cant get in there until monday to use it, so i guess I'll wait 1 more day, dont you just hate having uninstalled parts teasing you!

the new bullets are on! they sound awesome...loud but not too loud due to the 81 not having true duals, but very throaty with little drone when cruising...they sound amazing at wide open, and have a really cool little pop when you let off the gas. My digital camera didn't really work out to well for a sound clip, so I'm gonna work on that over the next few days, stay tuned!

lol...i knew that was coming. Just wait until you see my ghetto hangers lol...But the mufflers/my welds look awesome underthere...but those round mufflers were hard to adapt to the stock hangers. I'm going to be in chicago tomorrow with the lady. So i wont be home until tomorrow night. I'll try but i'm busy.
