Show & Go was bought out. Dirty Joe's is the new chrome shop. They quoted $375-$400 for the front and $250-$275 each for the rear.

Restorationchrome dot com is $299 for front and $266 for each rear, but you have to ship.

I think that Dirty Joe's may be the only "quality" chromer left in the DFW area. The EPA regulations forced many others out of business. If it's a bumper, you could try Best Bumper in Hutchins or D.C. Bumper though I'm not sure that either of them still do thier own chroming.

I toured D.C.'s facility a decade ago. Very hazardous process with multitudes of caustic chemicals. Make's you understand why the EPA shut most of those boys down. Good luck!

How about Advance Chrome Plating in Fort Worth? Their website shows some street rods, so they obviously can do the work. Has anyone heard of or use them?

I 'think' Show & Go was bought by Strokers of Dallas (motorcycle shop). They are located on Harry Hines...in Dallas. I had some shovehead rocker boxes chromed and was satisfied.
