Default VB&P Poor Customer Service

A few weeks back I purchased and installed a new 330 lb. composite monospring from VB&P. I e-mailed VB&P with a question over a week ago and have had ZERO RESPONSE from them. Not exactly the kind of service we like to get from our supporting vendors, is it? Just thought you all would like to know....

That's a little weird. Not like them at all. Why don't you pick up the phone and give Patty a call?

Calling is always faster than e-mails...I've had a lot of interactions with VB&P and always had great customer service...so I doubt they are intentionally ignoring you.

humm, I'm thinking about picking up one of those springs for my car also. I have to say that I don't like knowing that customer service is that slow.

I've had great interactions with VB&P. Use the telephone, Patty, Gary, or Steve will answer your question.

It's not. I ordered their Spreader Bar a couple of weeks ago on the VB&P website (using the CF discount code they generously provide us with) and it was to me within a few days. Their suspension parts are all over my car

I've had nothing but good service from them. Maybe they are having computer problems. As others have said, give them a call.

I am not lazy, I followed VB&P's "Protocol" They do not offer a 800#customer service phone number on their website. I simply did as I should have. On the other hand, I could make a nasty comment about you....

I agree that the parts arrived quickly, but the service after the sale....
And I should not have to call them if they provide a "tech. service e-mail form", they should respond to it. I am sick and tired of chasing people by phone and having to be a PITA to get something accomplished!

It's a rear spring

What do you need to ask?

I wouldn't want to help you either

I just noticed that you not only took a shot at them in your own thread, but you also snuck in a remark in the thread they put up offering us the 10% discount...nice. Here's a quote directly from Patty's last post in that thread...

"Sorry I have not been able to hop on the forum lately, you guys won't let me off the phone."

Call her

In this day of E-mails, Voice-mails and She-males, I find its a WHOLE LOT BETTER to just call and talk to a human!! Patty is great in customer service at VB&P. I'm sure that she can help you out.

Patty has always emailed me back sometimes not as fast as
I would have liked but she did. She is the one doing most of the transactions and is very busy. I have called and always was able to talk to her. Five star customer service in my opinion with Patty.
2 months as a member and no profile. Must be a competitor.
