Craftsmam chest locks
I think someone here replaced all the locks in their tool boxes with keyed alike lock sets from Sears?
I have 2 roll aways, 2 mid chest, 3 top chests and a full Husky roll away set- chest, chest- all keyed differently.
Anyone have a clue to how I can get the same #8035 lock set? I called Sears and they were lost, finally someone said it would take over a month if they can figure out the lock setup??
Anyone here a locksmith?

I would have thought that any locksmith could re-key them all. Failing that, I'm pretty sure that Snapon make/sell "key alike" lock sets if the lock holes are the same in your tool kits...

gary my sears near me here stocks key replacement sets but they are like $20 for the set and they come with several types of key set ups for the various types of locks...
the "lock set up" they are talking about is how the "tang" at the back of the lock operates the mechanism
why not take the locks out and have them rekeyed?
