Default Willcox making everything all right

Mr Fry at Willcox just emailed me about my orders. He is really making it right, and I for one appreciate it. he has communicated shipping status and really is concerned about our needs. It was really great to hear from himm personally to take care of and being concerned about problems. This is the service and attention to detail that makes a company successful. My faith is totally restored!

I agree.
No one or no company is perfect. I think we should judge on how mistakes are addressed and resolved, since many vendors don't even take the time to do so.
It appears that Wilcox wants to do the right thing and is merely experiencing growing pains and some of their new employees are still early in their learning curve.
Weren't we all there at one point in our lives?
I know I don't live in a glass house and have had my share of screw ups and I'm old.
Just my 2 cents,
Kurt
