Default Willcox did good for me

I recently placed 2 orders with Willcox Corvette parts, one order was for a front end rebuild kit and the other for a radiator support. Some time had passed and I never received the front end kit, so I called to see where it was. Joe answered in customer service and said he would do some checking and see where ir was. He called back to say it was shipped and UPS said it was refused by me. I knew this could not have happened since my wife and I both work all day and no one would have been home to refuse it. I thought maybe UPS had delivered to the wrong address since this has happened in the past to other things I had ordered. I complained to UPS and they agreed to issue a shipping credit. Joe reshipped the kit, he called a few days later to say it was refused again. This time we discussed the shipping address and found it was shipped to the wrong town and zip code, the town spellings were really close. We got it corrected and the kit arrived a couple of days later. Today I got a call from Joe at Willcox again to say the radiator support had been refused and was shipped to the wrong address again. I was trying to figure how this could have happened, Joe mentioned this shipping was eating them up (I agreed) and there was talk of additional costs for the shipping, but I felt it wasn't my fault. Joe said he would do some checking, and called back leter to say they found a problem in their shipping program (I think) and it was entering the wrong town and zip. He said it would be shiped at no extra cost and apologized for the mix up.
I realize Willcox has gotten some bad reviews on here in the past, but I think Joe and Willcox did all they could to correct and rectify the problem. I will be ordering an new interior for my 73 and I will order from Willcox. They did what they could for me.

I have ordered many items from Willcox over a long period of time and have never had a problem. Their complete carpet sets, door panels, arm rests etc. are excellent. I would not hesitate to order anything from them. Quality parts, good prices, very fast shipping and great to deal with. Really can't ask for more than that!

Just placed my first order with Joe today for a parking brake rebuild kit. Great service. Wish they were all like that. Shipped it today too!
