OK what's the diff between these 2 wheels ?

OK I ordered the Coys C5's in chrome, that didn't take too long now did it 
I am getting 18 x 9.5 with 5 in. BS and 17 x 8 with 4 in. BS
Anyway I got to talking to Randy Coy about my car and the wheels I wanted for a few minutes. Then I asked if he shipped to Canada and he said yes. I was suprised but after talking for a few minutes I guess he decided he would ship them up here.
He said he would put me over to his son to take the order. His son asked for address and the first thing he said was "Sorry we don't ship to Canada". I told him his dad just told me he would and then he took my order
