What to do with Dashpads?

What to do with Dashpads?
I have nice little collection of C3 front right dashpads, 24 in all, various colors and years. Problem is that most have tears, cracks, splits, etc. Are they ready for dumpster or is it feasible to repair them or does someone buy them as cores?

I'd be happy to take one off your hands. I want a spare one so I can modify it to include a glovebox for a more modern look. And it will be functional as well. I just don't like the look of the map pockets. You can email me if you wish at jc.smith@optusnet.com.au .
