Can you guys help me please to ID these items.
First one is a vacuum hose coming out the center of the firewall, goes nowhere? Car is 73 vert.
The second is a brown (not tan) wire that also has no home. It hangs near the blower motor end of the firewall and traces back to main connector on the drivers side of the firewall.

Thanks, but it is not a wiper fluid hose. It is a vacuum hose and the inside end goes to the center consol heater control. I just need to know what it attaches to in the engine compartment.

Got the '73 AIM? It might help. Hose might be vacuum take off for the AC/heater control. Can't help with the tan wire.

Not sure, but vac hose probably should go to heater flow control
Brown wires tend to be hot all the time, so be careful with it.
