First time car show
My son has a 71 vert which spends most of its life in the garage. He is a Marine pilot and travels quite a bit. Yesterday he heard a radio ad about a Corvette show in New Bern, NC. He washed the vert and went to the show with the intent of joining the local club. Before it was over his vert got entered,one of 86, and received the Judges Choice award. He got a plaque,and $125.00 gift certificate. To end the day he also won the door prize. Not bad for a first timer.
