I don't mean to sound dumb, but as I took things apart I noticed that the stablizer bar had a forward bend in the middle of it...is this right...all other cars S bars are straight that i've seen...to me, it looks like it got bent during a tow or something...

Can't speak to your particular one, but I have seen others that are not straight. Usually they're made that way to clear some other part of the chassis, steering or suspension.

BENT...you can tell from the pic that the bend is off center

thats what I thought, it was off center,but I wasn't sure.time for a new bar, thanks guys
