Having trouble seeing the clip.
Not familiar with late C3 dash.
Is it a spade lug clip (like you'd find on back of a speaker) ?

Yeah, I'm having a little trouble seeing it too.
However, if the contact has broken off the flexible PCB,
then your problem is not getting a new contact,
but attaching it back onto the old PCB.
If you can solder on a new one, then you could probably solder the old one back on too.
Please post a close up.

Here are some photos of one of the other two clips that did not break:
If that's not good enough then I have to get my other camera ....

I see it now. Not sure where you would get those.
They're probably used in more than just vettes.
Checking the wrecking yard for similar vintage GM cars might be a good place to start.
How are they attached to the flex circuit?

They just snap in place. The two small legs contact the printed circuit and the two longer legs contact the small screw inside the cluster...

Score.
I see it now. I would have made some out of scrap metal.
