1976 Side pipes
I did a search and didn't come up with waht I was looking for. Does someone make fake side pipes? My son has a 76 and he loves the look of the side pipes. I don't want to have to deal with taking the exhaust on and off for emissions testing.

Don't know about AZ, but my 76 is exempt here in Texas.
I think you can moun just about any side pipes w/o connecting them. If you must have non-functional check out Patriot Exhaust, not expensive.

Years ago, Thrush (I think) made a fake header sidepipe. The sidepipe was real, but the header part was fake. It was simply a single pipe to the sidepipe but had the bundle of four going just under the edge of the car to look real.
It is possible you might find something like that and could refurbish them to use. I know you don't want to disconnect the under car exhaust and converter, but you could just mount the sidepipes and not connect them.

These are the Patriot 4 into 1 pipes. They are functional but mine are not hooked up. They're just for looks, rice, until I get the real Hookers on. But I think this is what you are looking for? I believe I bought these off Ebay for under $100.
