Who the heck makes custon carbon fiber molds.... For example I give them a hood, and they make a mold and then make a carbon fiber one...

You've got a few choices and none are great
1. search the Thomas Register www.thomasnet.com
2. search the yellow pages for a local boatbuilder and get to know them
3. Do it yourself. Do a search on mold making and get familiar with the different processes like fiberglass casting resin or liquid rubber
I've done quite a few small parts, but nothing as large and flat as a hood
4. Find an existing hood you can tolerate
5. sell your vette and buy a Honda, there are about 10,000 carbon fiber hoods for tuner cars.

Usually a company will not just make one, they most likely would want a group buy with money up front, and it will get mighty expensive.

Maybe start a thread asking how many people would be interested in buying a cf hood for a c3 and contact those companies that make cf hoods for c5's and others and ask if they would make one for a c3.
