Headlight door adjustment
My driver side headlight door will not open all the way "up". I've loosened the "up" stop on the right side of the door (doesn't help), I can adjust the "down" position with the appropriate screw, but I cannot seem to determine why the door will not open all the way up. I have removed the actuator push rod but still can't force the door all the way up. I cannot remove the headlight bezel without pushing up on the door. Has anyone had this problem?

With the headlight bezel off on the outer side there is a black bracket that is held on by two bolts. Remove the bolts and take it out there is a rubber stop that adjusts on the backside of the bracket. That could be your problem.
