Special delivery from Ecklers
Just got this e-mail from a friend who has a 78.
Hello mike,,
Im freaking cheesed off !!
I ordered a bag to store my T-tops in from Ecklers at a price of £50 and they sent the bag in a box the size of a freaking football pitch and charged me £106 shipping..
the bag is made of nylon so they could of rolled it up and sent it, but no, they put it in as it was, In a freaking 3ft by 3ft box!!
Ive got onto them and went crazy so they are gonna contact me monday and see what they can do.. freaking ridiculous !!

I would love to know how the postman got it through the letter box.

Wow! that package is as big as the package I got today, mine was a ghila rear window shade. I guess when its not their money they don't care. I would e-mail a complaint to Eckler and let them know how upset you were of their delivery.

another satisfied customer from ecklers.......they suck! they really do, terrible customer service too.....my headlight switch sat in dallas, tx for 2weeks, so they say.....I called and had a few edited words with them and it came 2 days later.....

If you look at their site there is a rating/feed-back system on every part page. It doesn't work. I tried on 3 attempts leave feed-back and to register and no e-mail code /link was fowarded. I know they don't want any negative feed-back, guess this feature will never become active.

OMG thats too FF. I am sorry they tagged you so hard, but that cracks me up that they would be that stupid. I have been to their warehouse several times and am not really supprised, I have seen the bubba's and his sister working in shipping.
