They're only held in by a bolt at each corner of the tracks - they should be visible.

Today you have asked-
How do I put gas in my car?
How to I turn on the high beams? and
How do I get my garage clicker out from under the seat?
Are these parody threads until someone finally figures out that you are kidding?

i took mine of in bout 30 min, just unscrew the ones in the back by oulling the seat back forward and slide it forward, and slide all the way back for the front screws, on/off in 30 min, its a good chance to sweep out under there too

If it takes you more than 5 minutes to get a seat out, your doing something wrong.
