Muffler opinions
if they are a stock muffler & you have to make them fit, buy the correct ones and make your life a lot easier.

I recently bought the entire exhaust system from Corvette Central and up'd them from the stock 2 inch to 2 1/2 alumunized as I have the stock 350 270HP and wanted a little lower bottom end grunt. I also went for the MagnaFlow upgrade. I found it easy to put on, fit extremely well and took maybe about 1 hour to put on and get running. The magnaflows have a real nice sound but they are a little lounder then stock, not distruptive and yes you can hear those fine radio's LOL...

I just installed a pair on my 70 coupe (headers and 2" pipes). They look good, great constructon, fit well, and sound awsome.
Deep rumble at idle, although some drone at highway speeds, but when you get on it - worth it. I like the sound a lot better than Flowmasters, but sound is so subjective.
