Looks like you bought a urethane cover, so use the OEM style retainers, much easier. PAL nuts will help hold them in place while you push the bumper cover in position.

I get these at my automotive paint store. They are a must when using the individual style aftermarket retainers on fiberglass bumpers. Nice color on your car!

Did you take off the front bumper yet ? if not it should be easy to break or cut off .Let the edges stay hooked to the car so you can reach around and loosen the nuts holding the old one on try not to change the shape of the re-tainers. I had to PB blast My nuts and wait,Go to the store if you dont have the ratcheting wrench the size of the nut on the back of the retainer .It will save you Hours or wrenching.
next your new bumper should have some resessed little areas where it looks like where the holes go for the re-tainer get a step drill bit and hold your old piece of bumper next to your new one, mine had one hole that was just A touch off so I winged it. Drill the holes almost in the center of the indent they provide. then one at a time take the re-tainers out of the old and fit them into the new they should stay tight If not use the little nut in the previous post . Now take 5. next get one other person have them help you push all the little bolts into the holes in the car then while there holding it in place put as manny of the bolts on to hlod it in place. DO NOT TIGHTEN at this time ,get the nuts on first then as you tighten the Nuts line it up ,at this time when you tighten the nut the bumper should not shift. The hard one for me was the Passenger side top screw (going back in it s A bitc/=-)This should do it I hope it goes ok for you .Ps the back took 1 Hour Much Easier.

ive heard that the back bumper is an easier install, but i figure better the back than the front because most cars see the back!
Well i bought the car like it looks in the pictures. I have nothing but the car and the new urethane bumper. no bolts, nuts, clips, retainers, nothing of the old bumper...
I just need to know what to order to finally get this thing on it

Use the ones in the first pic if you have a fiberglass bumper. Use the ones in the second pic if you have a urethane bumper.

You could drill the broken studs out of your original retainers and weld (or JB weld) new studs or bolts into the retainers.
