Default Bugs.....grrrr!!

So whats a good product to use to clean bugs off the windshield? When I take the dd through the carwash, they spray some solution on the window and grill and the bugs seem to come off pretty easily. Anybody know what they might be using?

Mike

I would guess that it is alcohol based , next time you are there - ask the guy for the name , he may even give/sell you a bottle. My brother is a Glazier in the UK and he uses some fantastic stuff that comes in an aerosol spray - not much use to you here but I would think that window fitters out here would have access to similar stuff. Also the windshield fitter outfits would use something similar too.
Sorry not more help but maybe give you a few ideas as to where to try

Windex and elbow grease. I use Rain-X and have noticed the vestiges of the deceased seem to come off a bit easier with the Rain-X applied.

Maybe it's "Bug & Tar Remover"?

Bug and Tar remover is essentially Kerosene.
WD40 would probably work well, too.
With either, you will need a good washing after.

My choice would be windex, elbow grease, and rainex (I use the windshield washer stuff).
