I have many tools from Grizzly, they are a chinese importer. Their tools are better than Harbor Freight, and alot of other importers. They rewrite the manuals and improve on them. They also stand by their warrentee and supply replacement parts. Most of the stuff I have are woodworking tools, but they've been working great for the last 10 years. I'd buy again.

I too have many woodworking tools from Grizzly. Never had a problem with any of them.

I hope you get the point. My company bought one and it lasted about 2 months total. We ordered parts over and over to fix it (under warranty), but the saw was down longer than it was running. We finally threw it away. What a complete waste. Seriously.

IMHO, depending upon how long you plan on using it or for what, I think you may be better off with something like the "JET" brand from Japan rather than Grizzly stuff.

It's too bad the Delta stuff has seemed to have gone downhill. My old Delta table saw is a beast.

My dad's has the stamped steel wings with the polished cast iron center table. You might be able to buy the flat stamped steel wings from Jet...
