Windshield Wipers Stuck?
The windshield wipers on my '75 stuck at about the 30 degree position. When I turn the switch to ON now, they don't move but you can hear the "click" from the electrical switch through the speakers. I'd suspect it's a vacuum problem, however, I believe the wipers quit working when a wire to my starter got burned on the heads.
Does anyone have experience with this or an idea on where to begin troubleshooting?

The ground at the wiper is a black wire that plugs on a spade connected to the one of the wiper motor screws then goes down to the starter and goes on one of the 2 starter mounting bolts.Some people get this by accident on the pos. term. of the solenoid.
