Default carb and starter

could someone pls tell me where the wires go from the starter and how many there should be. also i have a holly carb where do the wires go from my carb???????

On the starter there is the large battery + cable, it goes on the big post. there is a Purple wire on the S terminal on the starter, it comes from the start circuit, Neutral Lockout etc..
Then there may be a wire on the S terminal going to the coil. And finally at least 2 fuse links on the big terminal that feeds the rest of the electrical system

The carb will have 1 wire to the electric choke, it comes from the wire harnes from a switched 12v circuit.

There is also a small black wire with a large terminal.It goes to ground on 1 of the starter mounting bolts--NOT on the large terminal on the solenoid.
