I paid $150 (plus tax) for my windshield frame that I used in my project. I bought it from a junkyard here in Phoenix that specializes in Corvettes (20th Street Auto Parts) and it was completely rust free. I was able to pick the one I wanted from a number of cars and show them where to make the cuts.
So that might be a good "baseline" to establish a retail price.

$25 if you bought from an individual $200 if you bought it from a Corvette yard.
That windshield frame will work on a vert, you just cut off what you don't need. The w/s frame on my '69 vert came from a '76. The header trim covers the cutoff.
