Yes. Firestone recommends a 7-9" rim width for the 255/60R15 Indy 500. That wheel will also stick out 2.125" more than the stock rims. Be prepared for serious gravel damage.
BTW, I have 255/60R15 on 15x8 with 3.75" BS. Judge for yourself.

Unless you have flares or a widebody kit 10's stick out well beyond the stock wheel well. Be prepared for rubbing and stone damage. BFG does make a nice 295 50 15 if you like that sort of thing. /:\
