I've got a couple wing nuts I'd let go for $20.

That's some kind of mistake or missprint. There's nobody I know who'd pay that much for a simple wing nut. Not even the government.
So each of us are handling $132 when we spin our original wing nut to tighten/remove aircleaner lid?
I've got some lint in the vacuum cleaner bag from last time I cleaned 'er out. How much is that worth? Same as gold dust I suppose!

That's no mistake! Some fool actually paid $132 for a plain old basic wing nut.

Gee, no takers on the shocks.
Have you seen the asking prices that seller has on other items??
