Windsheild Dated
Were is the date code for the windsheild. I look by the stamp but no date. Someone might have replaced it already, But I need a new one.
What date should I use for a vin 194671S115775.

By the way, what your date code should be is dependent upon your car's build date. From what I have been told it should be no newer than the the build week and up to 6 months prior. Since glass is only dated month and year, I would go with the month previous to the build date or older.

Looks like your car was built around late March early April of 71 according to my books. The glass is dated by letters.
Jan 71 is NN
Feb 71 is XN
March 71 is LN
April 71 is GN
March started with a ser# of 113626 and the ywere building around 2500+ cars a month. I can't narrow yours down exactly but maybe further research you can. The glass was probably made a few weeks before the car was assembled.
