Here's a couple of progress picks of the 69 I have been restoring over the winter. Still have odds and ends to replace and repair but it's getting there. Did all the work myself thus far, including engine work, major bodywork and paint. I have about 400 hours in it so far.
I have vette fever as bad as ever.
I am waiting for the emblems, but they will be going back on.
It had a luggage rack but my 68 vert has one so I opted to fill the hole and finish the back without it.
I like the look of that flat back area.
Some of you were asking for B4 pics. Here are some that I have here on this computer I have others on other computers.
The pics on the trailer were the ones I purchased the car by.
In retrospect, they showed the car in alot better condition than it was when it was delivered.

If the holes in the nose have been filled, I would leave the flags off. I think they look good like that, nice and clean. I left the flags off on the nose of mine. At first I thought it looked like something was missing. Now I am used to it and like it.
BTW, nice work on the car. It looks pretty darn good to me.

And also good job looks great, very rewarding doing the work yourself
NICE!! although I have never been a fan of the color RED, yours does look good. I will be starting a 69 vette project myself this year, that is as soon as I return from IRAQ. I bought it some time ago in hopes to stay busy after I retire. That day is soon to be here and I look forward to wrenching on it. Best of luck with the finished product and hope you enjoy the many years you have given your car back.
