Hi-I am away from home(and my corvette books)....can anyone tell me what the trim codes 65V and 56L are for a 1975 Corvette?
Thanks

65V is medium saddle vinyl. There is a 56 for paint that is Bright Yellow, but not listed as 56L for either paint or interior code.

The L stands for "lower" and it pops up often. Since there are not too many Corvettes where the lower body color is different from the upper body color, L usually doesn't mean much.
There are exceptions and the trim tags will show the difference (78 SA, Pace Car, 81 and 82 factory two-tones).

It was this car that had those numbers.
I was out last night and was outbid at the end.
I think someone got a good deal on a nice 75,although it was originally yellow.
I'll keep looking for another deal

Where are the "Corvette" letters on the back bumper?!?!?!?!?!!?!? 75 has the individual letters, seems bumper was replaced, the recessed outlines aren't even there................B

I noticed that but figured it was no big deal to put the letters on.
Finding exactly where they went could have been interesting, though

hzz, could be put on, but the 75 had indents of the letters, they didn't sit "on top" of the bumper..........................B
