yea, are these hard to install? and im sure these are aftermarket, did they come stock on any year?

The AIM will have the dimensions for hole placement. The L-48 badges are aftermarket items and were not available from GM.
For the '80 models, the L-82 scripts are on the fenders.

l82 l48
i bought l48 emblems today, could someone measure from the windshield edge of the hood to the start of the emblem, i need to know the correct distance. Thanks
