The stainless pieces? Make sure all of the screws and/or rivets are removed, then gently pry it off with a screwdriver.

I know from experience on '68 thru '72 tops. I believe the front stainless piece above the windshield is a crimped on piece, insert like an ice pick into the open end and gently begin to pry outward until you get the end starting to come loose and then gently continue prying it off. The small joint piece has a rivet under the weatherstripping that needs to be drilled out. The long piece above the side window has both screws to remove the weatherstripping and then rivets to drill out to remove stainless trim, should be 3 rivets.
